Lifelong Omaha Resident
Mike graduated from Creighton Prep High School. He attended
Creighton University earning both a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics
and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Mike has been married to his wife, Mary, for 34 years and together
they have raised a family of five children, three daughters and two
sons. Mike and Mary are long time members at Saint Wenceslaus
church.

Experienced Utility Industry Executive
Mike retired after a successful 36 year career with Omaha-based
Northern Natural Gas Company. During his career, Mike had
experience in dealing with Federal, state and local agencies and
regulations. Mike managed natural gas supplies and sales. He has
experience in utility rate design and the rate making process. Mike
also has experience in managing the administration and human
resources functions of a large utility company. Here are some of the
management positions Mike held during his successful career:
Mike also has served on the Board of Directors of the Midwest Gas
Association, a respected natural gas industry organization.
